Payment
Paypal
Our preferred payment method is through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. You can pay securely with a credit or debit card without having to register for a Paypal account. If you have any problems with the checkout process please contact us.
Cheque
If you email or phone we will reserve your item and you can send a cheque. Items will be sent as soon as your cheque has cleared. You are also welcome to visit the studio by appointment.

Delivery
UK
UK orders are sent using first class post. If you require additional insurance please contact me. UK postage is between £2.50 and £4.50 for any number of items up to £100 in total and FREE over £100.
Urgent Orders
Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to next day delivery or just wish to let us know that you need your item by a particular date.
International
Postage is Royal Mail Airmail with Airsure tracking. If you require additional insurance this can be arranged for a small fee. Please contact us for details. Postage costs £10.00 to European destinations and £11.50 to the rest of the world. A £4.50 discount applies to orders over £100.
Customs and Taxes
If your destination is outside the EU you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes and you may have to pay customs to release your order. We recommend that you check charges before you order.

Returns
If you are not happy with your order you may return it within 28 days for a refund or exchange. You will pay only the return postage and the item must be securely packaged and undamaged. If there is a problem with your item please contact us.
