This oval platter features a three masted schooner in a hilly landscape. The rich colour of the red earthenware clay breaks through the glaze on the raised linocut areas. The hand mixed glazes are delicately applied to enhance the form of this platter. The blue speckly has a luscious 'fat' quality.
