These hand crafted ceramic scallop shells are both eye catching and deliciously tactile. Individually made, they are all a bit different from each other. Made from the red earthenware clay, they are decorated with layers or slip and my special glaze, then finally finished with a copper bronze lustre in a third firing in the kiln. 
 
They can be used for candles, keys, olives, or as a beautiful bowl for rings and jewellery. Individual shell: 10cm x 12 cm
